As a conductor and producer, I see the orchestra as a powerful engine for modern storytelling, one that transcends tradition to engage with contemporary culture in meaningful, genre defying ways, and as a multimedia platform, combining live performance, recording, film, and digital media.  My productions often blend classical repertoire with rock, pop, and soul, while integrating video, lighting, and immersive sound design to build narrative driven experiences. I'm deeply motivated by education, equity, and the belief that orchestras can be engines of social and creative transformation. Each project is built through democratic collaboration, with orchestra members actively shaping artistic choices and creative direction. This approach helps with confidence and innovation, while elevating the individual ideas of the musicians in the orchestra. Much of my work explores how music shape’s identity, memory, and shared experience. I create to connect audiences to music, musicians to one another, and orchestras to the world around them, and expand the boundaries of the art form, while honoring the deeply human need to be a part of the artistic process, so that our storytelling can be shared.
